eesh ! Let’s hope you didn’t recommend the designer to your friend. I would have thought that if milestones are reached then payment is due as per the contract. If you can’t deliver the next tranche of work as per contract then of course the client can cancel that tranche.

Of course we have many luxury linens including handwoven ones and upholstery weight.

Great post topic. I’m jealous I didn’t think of writing it! It’s an issue of project management of course BUT the project manager is not RESPONSIBLE for everything. Accountable, maybe. But responsible no. You delegate responsibility. But people have to know they have had it delegated to them and there has to be some form of contractual responsibility for those concerned.

A topic often written about but always good to hear a new take.
