Fabric sourcing. Retail VS Wholesale.
Depends on volume…a wholesale price is the price you would get to stock and sell very large quantities. A trade price is a discounted price given to members of the trade to effectively enable them to make a profit selling the fabric to their end customer – often making a greater profit per mete than the fabric manufacturer 🙁 and also making a design fee on top sometimes. You might get a trade price to buy 10m but you would rarely get a wholesale price for the same quantity.
